Getting Started

We make it as simple as possible for you. Simply book Here or contact us.

Once you book our service we automatically create an account for you with your email address. Booking once is easy, booking again is even easier!

Get a quote in seconds! Choose how many bedrooms, bathrooms and instantly see the price.

Our maids will bring the supplies needed to clean your home, if special requests are needed please let us know.

We do not provide: vacuum, toilet brush, step stools and heavy duty cleaners.

If provided, we are more than willing to put them to use!

When you book your cleaning, we ask for entry instructions. If you can provide a key or have a doorman, you do not need to be home. Otherwise you are more than welcome to stay during the clean.

We love pets as much as you do, having pets is not a problem. We do ask for you to provide instructions during your booking or make temporary arrangements.

Our professional cleaners go through an interview process and an extensive background check to get hired. We take pride in hiring the right maids and getting the highest quality of cleaning for our clients.

The first step is to let us know right away so that we can fix it as soon as possible!

We take security very seriously. Our website is secured with firewall software as well as an SSL encrypted connection for maximum security.

You book it, we guarantee it! If you are not satisfied with our service we will do a FREE reclean within 7 days of the original booking. Now that’s Lavish!

To keep things fair, yes.

  • Please report the need for a re clean within 24 hours of original cleaning.
  • Guarantee is for items on the cleaning checklist
  • Re cleans are only for original booking ( no requests for add-ons )
  • No after construction, remodeling, hoarding or bio-hazard cleaning.


We charge a $50 fee for appointments not canceled 24 hours before the booking time.

Tips are welcome and appreciated by the maids. Reviews and feedback are also very much appreciated.

When you book your appointment we take your credit card information and then charge it after we do the cleaning. You will be emailed a confirmation when booking and a receipt after it is charged.
